We strive to use the freshest ingredients possible in our sweet and savory crêpes and galettes. Our flour is imported from Europe as well as many of our toppings. We have connected with many local vendors to have the most authentic experience possible and to provide our wonderful customers the most authentic experience this side of the Atlantic. Our galettes (savory) batter is a buckwheat sourdough that is naturally gluten free. In addition, our sweet crêpe batter is made with imported Italian flour as well as fresh cream and imported butter.
