In 2023, Matt and I took a leap to bring our dream alive, blending passion for people and great food in every detail. We bought this little business from a great guy and chef, Charles, and we are now proud to call it our own. We want every customer to feel valued and appreciated, because we truly can't do it without you.

About Our Crêpes and Galettes

Discover the art of traditional French crêpes and galettes made to order with love and passion for an unforgettable culinary experience.

We strive to use the freshest ingredients possible in our sweet and savory crêpes and galettes. Our flour is imported from Europe as well as many of our toppings. We have connected with many local vendors to have the most authentic experience possible and to provide our wonderful customers the most authentic experience this side of the Atlantic. Our galette (savory) batter is a buckwheat sourdough that is naturally gluten free. In addition, our sweet crêpe batter is made with imported Italian flour as well as fresh cream and imported butter.
